513 The difference between faith and works
Yochanan 10:22-23
SYNOPSIS: There are amazing gifts that our King has promised us. They are on the truck waiting to be delivered to our doorstep. But there is a problem with most people’s lives. They are not responsible enough to have the incredible gift delivered to their home. This is a true tragedy for most people. But this is not a new problem. It is an age old deception that satan has done for thousands of years. The saddest part is the bible tells us how to overcome this deception to get that magnificent expensive gift. In a simple word it is called dedication. Find out about the present that waited 24 years to be delivered because the person it was being given to was not naughty or nice but…irresponsible.
SECTION 1: A QUICK LOOK. This first section will be quick. Section one will remind us of the pattern of His holy days. To show how we are fragile and need constant reminders and opportunities to Teshuvah and re-dedicate our lives
SECTION 2: 24 YEARS. Imagine getting a promise and because of your lack of responsibility, the giver, of the gift held it from you. Imagine being at a place of blessing and just walking away from it. Imagine your life being so important to Yehovah that because of you the world will be blessed. Imagine being so important to Elohim that because of your actions of your life thousands of people have to experience famine. Now imagine that everything can be changed around if you dedicate your altar to the GREAT “I AM”. Imagine being forgiven for walking away from HIS house and returning to find the promise was still there waiting for you for 24 years.
SECTION 3: DEBITS AND CREDITS THE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE OF GOD. If your debits outweigh your credits in Yehovah book. If you owe Him money when you get to His house there is going to be hell to pay. Understand what true faith and works means by understanding your biblical bank account.
