RIGHTEOUSNESS: G1343 δικαιοσύνη dikaiosunē  Thayer Definition: 1) in a broad sense: state of him who is as he ought to be, righteousness, the condition acceptable to God 2) the doctrine concerning the way in which man may attain a state approved of God 3) integrity, virtue, purity of life, rightness, correctness of thinking feeling, and acting

PERSECUTED: G1377 διώκω diōkō  Thayer Definition: 1) in any way whatever to harass, trouble, molest one 2) to persecute 3) to be mistreated, suffer persecution on account of something

 

WRITE: IF I HUNGER & THIRST FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS I WILL BE PERSECUTED. BUT, I HAVE THE PROMISE OF VICTORY OVER THE ENEMY.

Gen 6:14  Make yourself an ark of gofer-wood; you are to make the ark with rooms and cover it with pitch both outside and inside.

 

B’resheet (Gen) 7:6 now he is 600 years old.

Gen 7:6  Noach was 600 years old when the water flooded the earth.

 

B’resheet (Gen) 6:5 this is what was happening in the days of Noach.

Gen 6:5  YEHOVAH saw that the people on earth were very wicked, that all the imaginings of their hearts were always of evil only.

Deu 5:6  א " 'I am YEHOVAH your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, where you lived as slaves.

 

D’varim (Deut) 5:7 only the MASTER’S face if I hunger & truly thirst.

Deu 5:7  ב " 'You are to have no other gods before me.

 

D’varim (Deut) 5:8-10 Don’t make your MASTER jealous or you will be cut from the movie.

Deu 5:8  You are not to make for yourselves a carved image or any kind of representation of anything in heaven above, on the earth beneath or in the water below the shoreline – Deu 5:9  you are not to bow down to them or serve them; for I, YEHOVAH your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sins of the parents, also the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, Deu 5:10  but displaying grace to the thousandth generation of those who love me and obey my mitzvot

 

D’varim (Deut) 4:2 if you hunger and thirst don’t add or subtract.

Deu 4:2  In order to obey the mitzvot of YEHOVAH your God which I am giving you, do not add to what I am saying, and do not subtract from it.

 

Revelation 22:18 if you subtract the living righteousness HE will add many plagues to your life.

Rev 22:18  I warn everyone hearing the words of the prophecy in this book that if anyone adds to them, God will add to him the plagues written in this book.

 

D’varim (Deut) 4:5 behave accordingly and get your inheritance, conversely…

Deu 4:5  Look, I have taught you laws and rulings, just as YEHOVAH my God ordered me, so that you can behave accordingly in the land where you are going in order to take possession of it.

 

Mattiyahu (Mat) 28:19-20 YESHUA also wants the gentile to win so teach them torah.

Mat 28:19  Therefore, go and make people from all nations into talmidim, immersing them into the reality of the Father, the Son and the Ruach HaKodesh, Mat 28:20  and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember! I will be with you always, yes, even until the end of the age.

 

D’varim (Deut) 4:6-7 When they hear of all these laws.

 

Deu 4:6  Therefore, observe them; and follow them; for then all peoples will see you as having wisdom and understanding. When they hear of all these laws, they will say, 'This great nation is surely a wise and understanding people.' Deu 4:7  For what great nation is there that has God as close to them as YEHOVAH our God is, whenever we call on him?

 

Ya’akov (James) 4:7-8 Submit to YEHOVAH.

Jas 4:7  Therefore, submit to God. Moreover, take a stand against the Adversary, and he will flee from you. Jas 4:8  Come close to God, and he will come close to you. Clean your hands, sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded people!
