SYNOPSIS: In today’s lesson we are going to study why revivals do not seem to work. What is the function and purpose of a revival? We are going to look at what happened in the 1960 and 1970’s revival. To see why the revival did not work and should there be another revival. We are going to look at the dry bones of the Ezekiel and to see why that prophecy is gone and nothing came of it. Finally we are going to see what role we play in true revival

Ya’akov (Jam) 2:17-18 faith, actions = revival.

Jas 2:17  Thus, faith by itself, unaccompanied by actions, is dead. Jas 2:18  But someone will say that you have faith and I have actions. Show me this faith of yours without the actions, and I will show you my faith by my actions!

Ya’akov (Jam) 4:7-10 your revival happens after you do this.

Jas 4:7  Therefore, submit to God. Moreover, take a stand against the Adversary, and he will flee from you.

Mattiyahu (Mat) 6:27-33 ask not what the KINGDOM can do for you, but what you can do for the KINGDOM.

Mat 6:33  But seek first his Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
