Lev 23:15 " 'From the day after the day of rest — that is, from the day you bring the sheaf for waving — you are to count seven full weeks,

Lev 23:16 until the day after the seventh week; you are to count fifty days; and then you are to present a new grain offering to Adonai.

Lev 23:17 You must bring bread from your homes for waving — two loaves made with one gallon of fine flour, baked with leaven — as firstfruits for Adonai.

What is this strange day that Adonai wants us to celebrate? Does it have a very important meaning or is it just ceremonial? Why is this Holy day one of the days when the third temple is built all men who follow the Lord will be required to be in Jerusalem. So why does this day not have the prominence of like Pesach or Yom Kippur? Did you know that Pesach and Yom Kippur are not one of the three mandated days to be in Jerusalem but Shavuot is? Yeshua points to Shavuot when He says in Yochanan 14 I go to prepare a place for you. In this message, we will learn all about the 10 commandments and what they mean in the original Hebrew. What is love? Many people have different definitions of love. Some people love baseball some football. Is this what Yeshua was talking about verse 27? In this message, we will look at a Hebraic understanding of love your neighbor as myself. What it means to Adonai and His definition of what love is. In the world we are living in a true definition of this concept is needed. Is it good enough to just allow your neighbor to do whatever they want in their homes? If God came back today and knocked on your door, would He be welcomed in? If you were to die today would the last thing you were doing get you prohibited from the Kingdom? Yeshua says you do not know the hour or the day when He is coming back. Let us take that thought a little further to each of us, does any of us know the hour or the day we will die. Mat 27:16 There was at that time a notorious prisoner being held, named Yeshua Bar-Abba.

Mat 27:17 So when a crowd had gathered, Pilate said to them, "Whom do you want me to set free for you? Bar-Abba? or Yeshua, called 'the Messiah'?"

Mat 27:18 For he understood that it was out of jealousy that they had handed him over.

Why do we see two people that we have to make a choice of one? Why did Pilot ask the people for their choice? Why were both men Jews and not one a Gentile and the other a Jew? Why is it that we see that the people were jealous?

All these answers can be found in their prophecies found in Vaiyikra/Leviticus 16. Did you know that prophecy is found in the TORAH of Adonai? Luk 4:34 "Yaah! What do you want with us, Yeshua from Natzeret? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are — the Holy One of God!"

Luk 4:35 But Yeshua rebuked it: "Be quiet, and come out of him!" The demonic spirit threw the man down in the middle of the crowd and came out of him, having done him no harm.

This is but one example of Yeshua doing something incredible on the Shabbat. Casting out demons is no small task. Yeshua also healed people on the Shabbat. He also saved lives on the Shabbat. When you do, just the tiniest research on who was the one who changed this day it may surprise you.
